1. What shipping options are available?

We offer Standard (5–7 business days), Expedited (2–3 business days), and Overnight (1 business day) shipping within the U.S. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us at Hello@popokid.com.

3. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package on the carrier’s website.

5. What is your return policy?

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned. Contact us at Hello@popokid.com to start a return.

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at Hello@popokid.com or 714-222-6500. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost.

7. How do I make an exchange?

To exchange an item, follow the return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship your replacement promptly.

8. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
