Return Policy
At POPOKID, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Note: Some items, such as personalized or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Pack the item securely and ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving your return label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at Hello@popokid.com or 714-222-6500. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
